Toy Story's Biggest Fan and Molly is 3wks

Eventually I will create a new title for this blog or make a new one that includes Molly's name too :)

Lily has finally realized that Molly is here to stay. She really didn't pay any attention to her the first week and a half. Then it clicked...this little baby is always here and never leaves! She tries to climb up on the couch when I feeding her to be as close as possible and last week she actually sat on top of her, yes on top of her. My heart stopped! So now Molly sits on the dining room table in her little seat. I have to watch the dog around Lily and Lily around Molly....

Molly will be 3weeks old tomorrow. So far she is COMPLETELY different than Lily was as a baby. She still sleeps 95% of the time (not complaining) and she is a great eater. We've traveled here and there since her arrival. She's even tagged along to my chiropractor appointments seeing how she ruined my back and over the weekend we went to a bridal shower! She is into 3 months clothing already because of her length. At her 2wk check-up she weighed in at 8lbs 6oz!

Here is Toy Story's biggest fan! Uncle Johnel bought her new pj's, sure they may have been picked out from the boys department but Lily LOVES them.

Christmas and Little Sister Molly

Christmas came and went without a hitch. Lily received so many presents we ran out of room to keep it all in our apartment. We are excited to see how different next year's holidays will be. There have been so many babies born into this family its going to be a blast.

Mommy went to the hospital on Christmas Eve with the possibility of going into labor. I was dilated to 5cm but was able to go home since the contractions were irregular. I followed up on Tuesday for my regular weekly appointment. I was now dilated to about 6cm and the doctor said its just a matter of my water breaking. Since I was now 39wks he asked if I wanted to do and I quickly responded "INDUCE ME"! So the following morning we woke up and went to OB Triage. They tried sending me home because there were no beds open anywhere - literally. There were women in labor everywhere. To make a long story short - once my doctor broke my water I was fully dilated in less than 30mins and ready to push. The nurse had to track down my doctor because he was about to perform a c-section on another patient and I was going to have this baby any minute. As they rolled me into another room, I barely made out of the hallway, 3-5 pushes and out came Molly. The doctor barely had enough time to put his gloves on and I didn't even care. I told my nurses they were going to delivery my baby :) - whatever I had to do to make the pain stop. I had an epidural that did NOTHING for my pain. I felt every bit of it! The second pregnancy was quicker but much more painful.

Molly Jane Coyle
Born: December 29th 2010
Weight: 6lbs 15oz
Length: 19in

We are now a family of 4. Molly is settled in at home and things are going great. I don't even think Lily realized she has a sister yet. Thankfully she has been around so many babies that she doesn't seem to be phased one bit having Molly around.

On December 27th, Lily's cousin, "Kell Eric Coyle" was born. Congratulations Jason and Crystal on your new healthy boy! Sorry there are no pictures...we haven't exactly had a chance to meet him yet. But everyone is happy and healthy.
